Mariusz Szymon Pawłowski
Coached athletics for 31 years in Kraków

I coached athletics at Highland Sports Club from 1979 to 2010. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Mariusz
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Mariusz: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
