Marites N. Pineda
Master of pottery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇭 Iloilo City, Iloilo, Philippines
- Old Iloilo City Workshop
- 2016 to 2025
- English, Filipino
I've worked in pottery from 2016 to 2025. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 500 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
More about Marites
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
