Marites Domingo
Master of pottery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇭 Davao City, Davao del Sur, Philippines
- The Riverside Repairs
- 1996 to 2024
- English
My trade is pottery. I opened my own shop in 1996 in Davao City and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Marites: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
