I taught drama and chemistry at Hillcrest Girls' School, Houston. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Marisol
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Marisol: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
