Marisol M. Paredes
Mentor in trades and engineering
- 🇦🇷 La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- La Plata Association
- 1981 to 2012
- Spanish, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,180 people through La Plata Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
