I taught French at Lviv Technical College in Lviv from 2004 to 2017. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I had 430 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Marina: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
