Marilyn Sandoval
Mentor in small business and trades
- 🇬🇧 Swansea, Wales, United Kingdom
- Swansea Association
- 1997 to 2005
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Swansea Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Marilyn
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
