Helping people break into finance
- 🇺🇸 Reading, Pennsylvania, United States

- Since 1986
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,920 people through Hillcrest Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Marilyn
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
