Helping people break into engineering
- 🇯🇵 Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan
- Yokohama Youth Network
- Since 2009
- Japanese, Spanish
For 17 years I've mentored people in engineering and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
More about Mariko
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
