For 39 years I've run the badminton program at Boulogne-Billancourt Community Club in Boulogne-Billancourt. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
What gifts mean to Marie: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
