I teach special education at Buenos Aires High School in Buenos Aires since 1989. Most days I teach Year 10, and I never turn anyone away.
Over the years I've had 1,850 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mariana
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mariana: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
