I taught computer science at Porto Alegre Grammar School in Porto Alegre from 2001 to 2024. Most days I taught teenagers, and I learned every name in the first week. Over the years I had 1,220 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Mariana

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
