Mariana Rafaela Andrade

Youth softball coach and mentor

  • 🇧🇷 Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
  • Niterói Swimming Club
  • Since 1993
  • English, Portuguese
For 33 years I've run the softball program at Niterói Swimming Club in Niterói. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. I'm still learning every day.

More about Mariana

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
