Mariana E. Navarro
Writing mentor, Monterrey
- 🇲🇽 Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico
- Monterrey Community Trust
- Since 1992
- Spanish, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,290 people through Monterrey Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mariana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Mariana: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
