I've worked in masonry from 1981 to 2008. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,080 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I fix old bicycles.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mariana
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Mariana: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
