I taught chemistry at Summit Academy in Arlington from 1988 to 2002. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I ran the art club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm still learning every day.
