Teacher at Sacramento Technical College, loves social studies

For twelve years I have been the social studies teacher at Sacramento Technical College. I teach Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 710 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Maria
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
