Shoemaking for 30 years in Belfast
- 🇬🇧 Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
- The Unity Repairs
- 1981 to 2011
- English
I've worked in shoemaking from 1981 to 2011. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 570 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 11 years later for another job.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Maria: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
