María R. Luna

Physical education and geography teacher, Anaheim

  • 🇺🇸 Anaheim, California, United States
  • Anaheim Academy
  • Since 2008
  • English, Spanish
I teach physical education at Anaheim Academy in Anaheim since 2008. Most days I teach teenagers, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk. Over the years I've had 700 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. I'm still learning every day.
