Maria P. Mercado
Sitar player and teacher in Pasig
- 🇵🇭 Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Pasig Bamboo Quartet
- Since 1984
- English, Filipino
I play sitar and classical. I started in 1984 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I take the work seriously, though not myself.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Maria
If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.

What gifts mean to Maria: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
