Maria Oliver

Teacher at Beacon High School, loves early years

I taught early years at Beacon High School in Austin from 1980 to 1999. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I answered every email, even at midnight. Over the years I had 910 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. I'm still learning every day.
