María L. Maldonado
Professor of linguistics, Queensway College
- 🇲🇽 Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico
- 1978 to 2004
- English, Spanish
My subject is linguistics, and for 26 years I got to share it with undergraduates at Queensway College.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I walk the dog by the river.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to María: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
