Maria Kaźmierczak
Master of carpentry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇱 Katowice, Silesia, Poland
- The Katowice Workshop
- Since 1982
- English, Polish
I've worked in carpentry since 1982. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,100 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 15 years later for another job.

What gifts mean to Maria: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
