Maria K. Smith
Master of bicycle repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇧 Sheffield, England, United Kingdom
- Greenfield Repairs
- 1983 to 2006
- English
I'm a bicycle repair specialist. If you live around Sheffield, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 25 years later for another job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Maria
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Maria: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
