María K. Salazar

Mentor in nursing and teaching

  • 🇨🇴 Cartagena, Bolívar, Colombia
  • Baobab Foundation
  • Since 1982
  • Spanish
For 44 years I've mentored people in nursing and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about María

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
