Maria Jéssica Fernandes

Youth badminton coach and mentor

  • 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
  • São Paulo Community Club
  • Since 1994
  • English, Portuguese, French
I've coached badminton at São Paulo Community Club since 1994. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.

What gifts mean to Maria: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
