I've coached badminton at El Paso Youth Club since 2018. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Maria
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Maria: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

I still think about the long bus ride home. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Mar del Plata.
