Maria Hanson
Youth rowing coach and mentor
- 🇬🇧 Birmingham, England, United Kingdom
- 1984 to 2022
- English
For 38 years I ran the rowing program at Birmingham Boxing Gym in Birmingham. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
