I teach biology at Redwood Grammar School in Rio de Janeiro since 2013. Most days I teach Grade 8, and I answer every email, even at midnight.
Over the years I've had 470 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Maria: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
