Maria F. Maldonado
First-generation students mentor, Columbus
- 🇺🇸 Columbus, Ohio, United States
- Hillcrest Youth Network
- Since 1999
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,400 people through Hillcrest Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
