Maria F. Lawrence
Oil painting and photography artist
- 🇺🇸 Savannah, Georgia, United States
- Savannah Pottery
- 1983 to 1992
- English
I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes photography. My first show was in 1983 at Savannah Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by old photographs. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
