Helping people break into software
- 🇲🇽 León, Guanajuato, Mexico
- Fairview Community Trust
- 2012 to 2022
- English, Spanish
For ten years I've mentored people in software and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about María
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
