Maria Cristina Florea

28 years teaching organic chemistry at București College

  • 🇷🇴 București, București, Romania
  • București College
  • Since 1983
  • English, Romanian
My subject is organic chemistry, and for 43 years I get to share it with undergraduates at București College. I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I bake for the whole street at New Year. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Maria

Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
