Maria C. Brooks
Teacher at Orchid Middle School, loves biology
- 🇺🇸 Seattle, Washington, United States
- Orchid Middle School
- 2017 to 2025
- English
I taught biology and English literature at Orchid Middle School, Seattle. I learned every name in the first week.
I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Maria
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Maria: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
