I play gospel and singing. I started in 2009 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 13 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I sing in a choir.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Maria: Any gift will help me keep teaching kids who can't afford lessons.
