Maria B. Wong

Martial arts and fitness coach, Newcastle

  • 🇦🇺 Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia
  • Newcastle Silverlake Boxing Gym
  • 1997 to 2012
  • English
For 15 years I ran the martial arts program at Newcastle Silverlake Boxing Gym in Newcastle. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away.

What gifts mean to Maria: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
