Maria B. Navarro

Taught geography at Gold Coast Middle School

  • 🇦🇺 Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia
  • Gold Coast Middle School
  • 2001 to 2009
  • English
I taught geography and English literature at Gold Coast Middle School, Gold Coast. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it. I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Maria: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
