Coached chess for 40 years in Angeles
- 🇵🇭 Angeles, Pampanga, Philippines
- Angeles Football Club
- Since 1986
- English, Spanish
I've coached chess at Angeles Football Club since 1986. Most of my players were between 10 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Maria
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Maria: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 1999. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Jodhpur.
