Helping people break into trades
- 🇨🇴 Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia

For 39 years I've mentored people in trades and law school. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about María
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
