Helping people break into farming
- 🇫🇷 Marseille, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France
- Queensway Association
- 1982 to 2016
- French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,560 people through Queensway Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Margaux: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
