Margaret Nakato Macharia
35 years teaching economics in Kasarani
- 🇰🇪 Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya
- 2014 to 2025
- English
I taught economics at Kingsway Girls' School in Kasarani from 2014 to 2025. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I never turned anyone away.
I ran the robotics club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I run most mornings.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Margaret
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Margaret: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
