Margaret Caroline Ouma
Mentor in leadership and software
- 🇹🇿 Arusha, Arusha, Tanzania
- Arusha Foundation
- 1984 to 2015
- English
For 31 years I've mentored people in leadership and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Margaret
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Margaret: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
