Marcus M. Santos
Design mentor, Hialeah
- 🇺🇸 Hialeah, Florida, United States
- Hialeah Association
- Since 1994
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 770 people through Hialeah Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
