Marcus L. Ruiz
Traditional drumming player and teacher in Huntsville
- 🇺🇸 Huntsville, Alabama, United States
- Huntsville Andes Band
- 2000 to 2010
- English
I've played traditional drumming from 2000 to 2010, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 15 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Marcus
I wrote my first song when I was 21. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Marcus: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
