Marcus E. Prescott
Mentor in engineering and leadership
- 🇺🇸 Springfield, Missouri, United States
- Springfield Community Trust
- 2006 to 2020
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 290 people through Springfield Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
