Careers mentor, Tlaquepaque
- 🇲🇽 Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico
- Since 1992

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 780 people through Tlaquepaque Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Marcos
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Marcos: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
