Marcos Sebastião Miranda
Finance mentor, São Paulo
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- Harmony Foundation
- 1992 to 2020
- Portuguese
For 28 years I've mentored people in finance and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Marcos
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
