I teach chemistry and geography at Oakland Primary School, Oakland. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
Over the years I've had 260 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Marcos
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Marcos: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
