Marcos Luiz Almeida
Volunteer mentor with São Paulo Learning Hub
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- São Paulo Learning Hub
- 1986 to 2020
- Portuguese, English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,390 people through São Paulo Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Marcos
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
