Marcos Leandro Melo

26 years teaching home economics in Fortaleza

🇧🇷 Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil
Fortaleza Middle School
2005 to 2023
English

I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 18 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Marcos

If you were in my teenagers class, you probably remember the long bus ride home.

Subjects taught

What gifts mean to Marcos: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
